Got Diakin mini split system in our home late last fall. The service was prompt, and extremely efficient and Kasey's explanation of the system was very detailed. However when we went to implement the use of the system 7 mos later we did not retain a lot of what Kasey explained, so we reached out to them today for help in how to work the system. K&M was extremely busy on this day, but Josh went out of his way to come out on this busy day to personally come out and thoroughly explain in detail how to operate the system again. We are extremely impressed with this company. The value and service are over over the top!!! Would highly recommend this company!

We had an amazing experience with this heating company! They came out on a moment's notice when my grandma's furnace started leaking, even though it's fairly new. From the start, they were responsive, professional, and incredibly kind. Not only did they quickly diagnose and fix the issue, but they also went above and beyond by helping us get a large portion of the repair covered under warranty.
