I love K&M! I recently had them out for a pre-winter check and I am so glad I did! The tech Casey found a hole in the garage heaters heat exchange. If I had turned on the garage heater carbon monoxide would have been coming out of that hole. Not only did Casey find a major problem, he was so helpful on walking me through everything he was doing, what he was looking for, etc. I would 100% recommend K&M!

These guys are absolute angels! Our furnace died in negative degree weather they came out that same day determined it needed to be replaced. They set up a time to come the very next morning and left us with some space heaters so we didn’t freeze. The next morning they were at my house and installed everything in less than 5 hours. After nearly 23-yrs we decided to replace original Furnace, AC and Water Heater before experiencing a failure. Called a handful of local providers, and talked with Josh at K and M Heating Inc., out of Faribault. Within 30-min Jeff from K and M Heating Inc. showed up to provide quote, and a few days later Devin and Tanner were onsite to install. The professionalism displayed, and real care for the customer from initial contact through installation, and inspection by city was apparent.
