Got Diakin mini split system in our home late last fall. The service was prompt, and extremely efficient and Kasey's explanation of the system was very detailed. K&M was extremely busy on this day, but Josh went out of his way to personally come out and thoroughly explain in detail how to operate the system again. We are extremely impressed with this company. Would highly recommend!
